As an associate, Chris runs a varied real estate practice concentrated in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial, multi-unit residential, and industrial property, property development, and a substantial commercial leasing practice acting for both landlords and tenants. Chris represents a range of domestic and international clientele, including institutional and private lenders, various private business entities, developers and builders, and municipalities. Chris’ clients value his astute understanding of their business and organizational objectives in devising appropriate legal solutions and that he is able to draw upon his adept negotiation skills to further their goals.

Comprehensive understanding of his clients’ financial affairs enables Chris to further assist them with their personal wealth management and succession planning, including the preparation of multiple tax-planned wills and other succession and tax planning solutions, the preparation of various powers of attorney for property and personal (health) care, and living wills.
