Daron Earthy articled with Loopstra Nixon LLP and joined the firm as an associate in 2008 after her call to the Bar. Daron practices civil litigation with a particular interest in municipal liability. She spoke on the subject of municipal negligence at the 2008 Canadian Department IMLA conference in Toronto, a paper co-written with Charles Loopstra, Q.C. Daron studied at the University of Toronto, obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in cognitive science and philosophy, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law. Outside of the law, Daron is an avid do-it-yourselfer, and enjoys camping, playing basketball, and snowboarding.
