A senior partner and guiding force in the Corporate & Commercial Law practice at the Firm, Sandy Nixon brings three decades of experience to bear in the service of his clients. Often involved in overseeing team members in multidisciplinary and jurisdictional issues, Sandy has broad experience in mergers & acquisitions involving Canada, the U.S. and Europe, as well as in more conventional corporate legal affairs. Sandy administers an extensive client base and also serves as the point person for the Firm's national and international relationships. Inside the office he is involved in the management and direction of the firm and currently sits on its Management Committee. Outside the office, Sandy has contributed his time to a range of charitable and volunteer organizations and serves as a Director of several private companies.
