As a partner with the Firm, Bob Hall plays a leadership role in commercial law with an emphasis on the automotive industry, financing, banking and real estate issues. He serves a broad range of clients including dealerships, financial institutions, pension plans, developers and manufacturers. His specialties include acquisitions, dispositions and financing of businesses and major commercial properties including hotels, office towers, retail malls and industrial buildings. Bob has held numerous seminars and has presented a variety of papers to financial institutions and corporations. He is actively involved in a number of community organizations, including serving as an executive and coach in minor baseball leagues.
