Malcolm MacLeod became a partner with the Firm in 1991 and has served on the Firm's Management Committee for a number of years. His practice is devoted exclusively to civil litigation, with a focus on construction, commercial and municipal and personal liability. In this capacity, Malcolm has represented his clients successfully before all of Ontario's civil courts, including the appellate levels. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. Malcom is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyer's Association and the Toronto and Mississauga Construction Associations. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching minor hockey, skiing, fishing and playing golf.
