Quinto Annibale is a partner with the firm, with special expertise in municipal land use, planning and development law, acting primarily for municipal corporations and developers. He is a former member of the City of Etobicoke Committee of Adjustment, an executive member of the Municipal Law section of the Ontario Bar Association and editor of the Municipal Section Newsletter. Quinto lectures on municipal and planning law issues at local and international conferences. He has published numerous papers in his field, as well as his recent book, "Municipal Lands: Acquisition, Management and Disposition". Quinto is active in his community, serving as an executive in a number of not-for profit organizations. He is also president of the Carol Annibale Ovarian Cancer Foundation, a charity he runs in memory of his late wife, Carol Annibale.
