Mark Fryer is a partner with the firm. He practices exclusively in the fields of human resource management, employment and labour law and has advised and represented both private and public sector clients in all aspects of the employment relationship. He has provided counsel to management in matters pertaining to the organization and unionization of the workplace. Mark has appeared as counsel in the courts and before labour and employment boards and tribunals, including those related to Human Rights, Workplace Safety and Employment Standards and the Courts of Justice. He has contributed numerous articles to employment publications as well as lecturing and speaking at professional and educational conferences and workshops. He received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2002.
