Following his completion of law school at Queen’s University, Ryan returned to Loopstra Nixon as an articling student for the 2018-2019 term. While at Queen's Ryan was similarly focused academically and within his community. Ryan was the vice president of Queen’s Law Litigation Society, an executive member of Queen’s Sustainability and Environmental Law Club, a radio announcer for Pro Bono Radio (affiliated with Pro Bono Students Canada), the features editor of Queen’s law newspaper (Juris Diction), a varsity player for Queen’s mens ultimate frisbee team, and he worked at Queen’s legal aid clinic representing and helping locals.
In his spare time he enjoys hiking, cycling, adventurous travels around the world, a variety of competitive sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Ryan holds a BSc (Hons) in Life Sciences at Queen’s University.
