Joseph is an Associate in the firm’s Labour and Employment Group. Joseph acts as both an advisor and an advocate for his clients, helping them navigate through day-to-day workplace issues and representing them in all manner of workplace disputes. He has represented clients in various administrative tribunals, including grievance arbitrations and matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Joseph has also represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon in 2017, Joseph articled and spent several years practicing at one of Canada’s leading labour and employment firms. When not practicing law, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family (particularly his dog Ellie) and cheering on Toronto’s much beleaguered (but improving) sports teams.
