Michael practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, mortgage enforcement, insurance litigation, real estate litigation and professional negligence litigation. Michael is a graduate of the LL.B./ M.B.A. Joint Degree Program offered by Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business. He joined the firm in 2002 after completing his articles at a prominent national law firm and became a partner in 2008.
Michael has acted for individuals, businesses, institutions and municipalities in a variety of litigation matters. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. In his free time, Michael enjoys karate, running and spending time with his wife and three children.

Successfully represented individuals and corporations in a variety of commercial and shareholder disputes.
Successfully represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction litigation matters including recently obtaining a judgment in favour of a lien claimant after a five day trial.
Successfully represented institutional and private lenders in a variety of mortgage enforcement matters.
Successfully petitioned an individual into bankruptcy before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Many successful appearances at applications, motions and trials before Judges and Masters of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
