Christophe is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. He represents corporations and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon in 2016, Christophe articled and was Litigation Counsel at the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, where he assisted with the administrative and quasi-criminal prosecution of market participants. In those roles, Christophe has appeared before the Commission and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court).
Christophe received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2015. While in law school, Christophe took part in various activities that developed his advocacy skills. He was heavily involved in the law school's mooting program and, upon graduating, was awarded the Stephanie Fleur Couzin Medal for Mooting. Christophe also volunteered at the Refugee and Immigration division of Downtown Legal Services, where he assisted refugee claimants with their legal matters.
In his spare time, Christophe enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking and travelling.
