Christopher is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group.
Christopher regularly advises clients on a large breadth of corporate commercial matters including asset and share transactions, business formations and internal organization, tax-driven reorganizations, shareholder agreements, navigation of shareholder disputes, corporate governance matters and various other general corporate/commercial matters.
Christopher obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Christopher both summered and articled at Loopstra Nixon prior to being called to the bar in June 2020.
In his free time, Christopher enjoys staying active by playing sports, particularly basketball and golf. Christopher is also a passionate supporter of the Leafs, Raptors and Blue Jays. Christopher is fluent in both English and French.
