Bio

Wendy is an associate in the firm’s commercial and construction litigation group.

Driven by a client-first approach, she finds practical solutions to her clients’ problems by honing in on their business and financial objectives in order to effectively resolve disputes in and outside of the courtroom.

Wendy maintains a broad commercial and construction litigation practice. She has represented a variety of clients, including contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, financial institutions, lenders and banks on matters relating to contractual disputes, construction lien claims, professional liability, creditor remedies and insolvency proceedings. Her litigation experience includes successfully appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and Ontario Court of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Wendy practiced litigation at a mid-sized Toronto law firm, acted as in-house litigation counsel at a mid-market private equity firm in Toronto and articled at the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks.

Wendy is fluent in Cantonese. Beyond her practice, Wendy enjoys long-distance running and is involved in the community including pro bono work and participating in charity fundraising events.
