Bio
Claire is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation group.
She is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. Claire has experience advising and advocating for clients across a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, director and officer liability, shareholder remedies, and real property matters. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
During law school, Claire represented Osgoode at the 2020 Walsh Family Law negotiation competition. She was also a Dean's Fellow for first year Public and Constitutional Law.
Claire articled at the firm before joining as an associate. Prior to attending law school, she spent three years working in the Canadian music and copyright industry.
