Sanam Jalali

Sanam is an associate lawyer in the Banking and Financial Services Group.

With a focus on secured lending, Sanam acts for a number of banks, credit unions, private lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial financing transactions. Sanam is as a trusted advisor to her clients, working to fully understand their objectives, and to provide clear and creative legal solutions that succeed in achieving her client’s goals. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.

Prior to joining Macdonald Sager and now Loopstra Nixon, Sanam practised as a sole practitioner for over 10 years in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Law and Wills & Estates. 

When away from the office, Sanam enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants and traveling.
