Xenos is an associate and a member of the Corporate & Commercial practice group.

He provides legal counsel on a wide range of business law matters, with a focus on share and asset purchase transactions and matters of corporate governance. Xenos approaches each matter with a view to building and preserving constructive business relationships, while protecting his clients’ strategic interests.

Xenos is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Xenos worked for the House of Commons of Canada and was later a division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), for which he routinely appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice to advocate for his clients. Xenos subsequently completed his articles and worked at a full-service law firm where he practiced in the areas of corporate and estates law prior to joining Loopstra Nixon LLP.

Xenos also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with high distinction.

In his spare time, Xenos maintains a keen interest in Canadian politics, public policy, and international relations. He is a fan of the Toronto Raptors and is always up for a scenic hike. Xenos is fluent in English and Cantonese.
