Aaron is an associate and member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group. He maintains a comprehensive practice involving mergers and acquisitions, securities, financings and advises businesses on general corporate matters.
A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Aaron represented small business owners as a Senior Caseworker with the Osgoode Business Clinic and was elected President of the Osgoode Hall Athletics Association. He also excelled in numerous oral advocacy competitions and was selected to represent Osgoode Hall at the International Academy of Dispute Resolution Law School Mediation Tournament in Athens, Greece. Prior to law school, Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he competed as a Division 1 student-athlete.
Aaron summered and articled at a full-service law firm in Toronto and completed a secondment with the Bank of Montreal’s Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Capital Markets group.
In his free time, Aaron loves travelling and enjoys cooking, golfing, and staying active in a variety of competitive sports.
