Jenelle practices civil litigation with an emphasis on public sector and municipal liability. She has experience representing upper and lower tier municipalities, police boards, school boards, and various other public entities throughout the province. Prior to joining the firm, Jenelle practiced at a prominent litigation firm in Toronto where she honed her skills handling complex causation and liability issues in the context of roadway maintenance and design, regulatory negligence, occupiers’ liability and sports/recreational facility liability. Jenelle is an effective advocate who has appeared at multiple levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
Jenelle obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
Outside of the office, Jenelle enjoys travelling and taking dance classes from coast to coast, including Toronto, New York and Los Angeles.
