Loopstra Nixon Partner Aaron Platt acted for NJS Sherbourne Inc in its application to the Ontario Land Tribunal to amend a local zoning by-law to permit the redevelopment of 383-387 Sherbourne, Toronto with a 45-storey residential tower.

The development will include a significant rental housing component, and replace units in a building lost to a fire.  On that basis, Aaron successfully requested that the Tribunal issue its approval in principle in advance ofissuing its formal reasons for the decision.
