Bio

Daniel practices in the area of municipal, land use planning and development law. He specializes in working with developers, municipalities, and government agencies to negotiate and implement agreements to build communities across Ontario. 

Daniel provides legal advice to developers (and developer groups) and municipalities on a wide range of land development-related issues. In particular, he regularly acts as legal counsel and trustee to developers (and developer groups) in relation to community infrastructure cost sharing agreements, development charge agreements, and other similar agreements. He also provides advice and service to clients on corporate and real property matters related to land development. 

Daniel lives in Toronto with his wife and two children, and their rescue dog named Rosie.
