Kristin A. Green

Kristin is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a practice that focuses on asset and share sales and acquisitions, tax-driven reorganizations and corporate restructurings, and advising clients on business formation and corporate governance matters.

She has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including unanimous shareholder agreements, navigating shareholder disputes and regularly advises clients on other day-to-day corporate matters.

In addition to the corporate commercial work, Kristin has a complimentary Trust and Estate Planning practice -- where she assists clients with establishing trust structures including discretionary family trusts, preparation of wills and power of attorneys, and assisting business owners with succession planning.

Kristin spent several years in the Calgary office of a leading national law firm before moving her practice to Ontario, where she remained in private practice before joining Loopstra Nixon.
