Bianca Zuzu

Bianca is an associate at Loopstra Nixon LLP where she practices municipal, land use planning, and development law.

Bianca acts for developers and municipalities on a broad range of land development-related matters. 

Before joining the firm, Bianca articled at a professional liability and title insurance company. Prior to articling, she summered in-house at both an American multinational company and a private practice firm specializing in real estate and corporate law.

Bianca graduated from the J.D. program at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she played on the women’s Division 1 tennis team.

In her spare time, she enjoys coaching tennis, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
