Brock Withey

Brock Withey is a senior associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice group with the firm.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, advising private clients and financial institutions on various matters. Brock represents corporate entities in various forms of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and general corporate matters.

Brock represents financial institutions and private lenders on real estate financing, asset-based lending, construction financing and the acquisition/disposition of land. He routinely advocates for his clients throughout all stages of the transaction through to post-closing matters.

Brock is a graduate of the dual law program offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Brock graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University. Outside of work, Brock enjoys playing golf, being outdoors at the cottage and spending time with family and friends
