Bio

Daniel practices in the area of municipal, land use planning and development law. He specializes in working with landowners and developers, municipalities, and government agencies to negotiate and implement complex arrangements to build communities across Ontario.

Daniel provides legal advice to landowners and developers on a wide range of land use planning and development issues, with a focus on land development infrastructure financing and cost sharing. In particular, he regularly acts as legal counsel and trustee to landowner and developer groups under community cost sharing agreements dealing with the funding, coordination and cost sharing of community land and infrastructure. Daniel also provides advice and service to clients on corporate and real property matters related to land development.

Daniel lives in Toronto with his wife and two children, and their rescue dog named Rosie.
