Bio

Julian graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1977 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979.

Since then, his practice has been confined to civil litigation with a primary focus on commercial disputes.  He was an instructor in Civil Procedure at the Bar Admission Course for 15 years and has presented papers and been a guest panelist on litigation topics at various institutions.  He was appointed legal consultant to a Canadian software firm in the design and implementation of law office management software, and served as Executive Assistant to the Minister of State, Multiculturalism in 1983 and as Special Counsel to the Minister of National Defence in 1993. Julian is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society and the Toronto Lawyers’ Association.
