Gordon is an associate and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group. He advises businesses on various corporate and commercial matters, including share and asset purchase transactions, bank and secured financing, and general corporate matters.
Gordon is a graduate of Western Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and was called to the Ontario bar in June 2020. While at law school, Gordon was a case manager at the Sport Solution Clinic, a research assistant to Professor Jacob Shelley, and the lead researcher on the Corporate/Securities Law Moot team in 2019, which placed fifth overall in Canada.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Gordon worked at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. He completed his articles at a general full-service law firm in Markham, Ontario, focusing on corporate and commercial law matters. He enjoys playing basketball, trying out new restaurants, and researching his next travel destination in his spare time. Gordon is fluent in English and Cantonese.
