Sarah is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group where she leverages her advocacy skills to achieve fair and cost-effective resolutions to challenging conflicts.
Sarah is committed to the philosophy that exceptional client service requires an acute focus on building strong relationships and a detailed understanding of the unique needs and goals of each client. Through that lens, Sarah provides uncommon value by delivering pragmatic and efficient legal solutions to meet each client’s specific needs and constraints.
Sarah maintains a broad advocacy and advisory practice, helping clients anticipate legal risk and resolve civil and commercial litigation disputes in such matters involving creditor remedies, enforcement of security, shareholder remedies, mortgage enforcement, breach of contract, professional liability, and fraud. She has experience representing a broad range of clients, including individuals, private companies of all sizes, banks and insurance companies, and has argued cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, Sarah articled and practiced at a major law firm with an international presence.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys backpacking, following Formula 1, and spending time with her 160 lb English Mastiff.
