Charles Loopstra Presents at IMLA Las Vegas
Charles Loopstra, founding partner of LN and a leading expert in municipal and public liability law, presented a paper and power point presentation entitled, "Emerging Risk Management and Litigation Strategies for Municipalities" at the annual convention of the International Municipal Lawyers Association held in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 8, 2015.
The convention was attended by municipal lawyers from across North America.
