LN adds Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring expertise

R. Graham Phoenix has joined LN to lead the firm's Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring practice.

He has extensive litigation and corporate/commercial experience in the context of informal and formal re-organizations, as well as bankruptcy, receivership and restructuring proceedings under the BIA and CCAA. Graham has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the US Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining LN, Graham practiced insolvency and restructuring law with a leading international law firm and as in-house counsel for the Canadian operations of a Fortune 500 company.
