While this is his first year being recognized by Best Lawyers, as head of the Commercial and Construction Litigation group, Michael has been passionately representing clients to resolve their litigation problems for 20 years, while also supporting other lawyers and professionals to build their respective practices.

Elliot Saccucci, Employment & Labour

A 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Elliot makes the move to Best Lawyers recognition for the first time. In addition to representing employers in all manner of employment law, Elliot is the head of the firm's Sports Law group with extensive experience as both a lawyer and arbitrator, including his recent appointment to the Adjudicatory Body of FINA’s newly-created Aquatics Integrity Unit.
