R. Graham Phoenix presents "The 'Eh' B C's of Canadian Bankruptcy Law" at US Conference
On February 10th, Loopstra Nixon Partner R. Graham Phoenix presented at the annual meeting of the Pennsylvania Association of Credit Management - Metal Industry Raw Material Suppliers Group in West Palm Beach, FLA.
His presentation, titled “The ‘Eh’ B C’s of Canadian Bankruptcy Law”, was attended by members of Association, including CFOs, treasurers, credit managers and accountants from some of the world’s largest suppliers of raw materials.
Graham leads the firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice, representing clients in all manner of bankruptcy and insolvency contexts, including corporate/commercial transactions and litigation. Graham has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and the US Bankruptcy Court (District of Delaware).
