Bio

Bobbi is a business lawyer. She advises her clients on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She is called to the Bars of both Ontario and Alberta, and works with clients across Canada. 

Bobbi develops practical solutions for clients who are navigating complex tax-driven and liability-minimizing corporate reorganizations, or buying or selling businesses through asset, share, or hybrid transactions. She also has significant experience in competition law – establishing and leading the firm’s merger review team, and helping clients navigate transactions that are regulated by the Competition Act.

Bobbi acts for a diverse group of clients, including multinational companies, private equity groups, family-run businesses, entrepreneurs, and not-for-profit organizations. Her practice has given her exposure to a wide range of industries, and she is repeatedly relied on for her experience in the transportation, logistics, automotive, and technology sectors. 

Bobbi’s clients value her passion, pragmatism, and responsiveness, and trust her to help achieve their goals. In addition to her practice, Bobbi is involved in the leadership and management of the firm, including her role as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
