Christophe is an associate in the firm's commercial litigation group.
Christophe has a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on construction litigation, shareholder disputes and securities litigation. He represents individuals, businesses and municipalities in a variety of complex and high-stakes matters. Christophe is dedicated to providing strategic advice to his clients on dispute resolution and risk management. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario on motions, trials and appeals.
Before joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, Christophe articled and was litigation counsel in the Ontario Securities Commission's enforcement branch, where he worked on investigations, administrative proceedings, and appeals relating to securities offences.
Christophe obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. While at law school, Christophe was heavily involved in the school's mooting program and was awarded the Stephanie Fleur Couzin Medal for Mooting upon graduating.
In his spare time, Christophe enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking and travelling. Christophe also volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and Appeals Assistance Project and mentors undergraduate students at Innis College at the University of Toronto.
