Loopstra Nixon Advises Galway Metals on $14 Million Brokered Private Placement
Loopstra Nixon LLP acted as counsel to Galway Metals Inc. (TSXV: GWM; OTCQB: GAYMF) on the successful completion of its brokered private placement of flow-through units, which closed on October 14, 2026, raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $14 million.

The Loopstra Nixon team was led by Michael Orlan, Partner, Securities & Mining, and included Matthew Grant, Partner, Securities; Allan Ritchie, Partner, Corporate, M&A, Tax & Securities; Lily Modir, Associate, Corporate & Securities; Dylan Gervais, Associate, Tax; and Puneet Kanda, Articling Student.
