CPA Canada certifies Allan Ritchie as a specialist in Corporate Finance

The Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada announced today that Loopstra Nixon Partner, Allan Ritchie has been designated by CPA Canada as a specialist in Corporate Finance. The CPA Corporate Finance (CF) qualification formally recognizes a financial professional’s achievements in corporate finance at the highest level. It signifies demonstrable skills, competency and professional status. This is only the third time in Canada that the designation has been awarded to a lawyer.

Allan serves on the firm’s governing Executive Committee and leads the Canada-US Cross Border Practice. He has also been recognized by Lexpert Magazine as a leading cross-border corporate lawyer.
