We are pleased to announce that Allan J. Ritchie B.A, J.D., L.L.M., M.B.A. has returned to the firm as a partner in our business law practice.
Allan has extensive experience executing international transactions on behalf of both publicly listed and private companies.
He has written many articles on matters of securities law and corporate governance and is a frequent conference speaker and university guest lecturer on finance and legal topics. Allan will continue his practice in all areas of corporate and securities law and will be instrumental in developing the firm's international affiliations.
