LN Advises Sched A Bank in $90 Million Financing
LN Partner Allan Ritchie recently advised TD Commercial Banking in respect of a $90 Million Dollar financing transaction in the auto industry.
The transaction involved significant intercreditor and Canada-US cross border issues and complex multiparty security.
Since 2012 LN has acted for TD on over 125 financing transactions having a collective value over $1 billion dollars.
